Torpedo 7 Near Me: Store Locator, Opening Hours & Tips

Anyone who has typed “torpedo 7 near me” into a phone only to land on a directory page about a different business knows the search can end in a shrug. Torpedo7 is the New Zealand outdoor, cycling, and snow-sports retailer, yet the results you see may be local sporting-goods listings that share little more than a keyword. Here’s how to tell Torpedo7’s own information from lookalike results, with the exact steps to confirm a real store before you head out.

Official results in top 5: 0 of 5 ·
Top directory sources: Yelp and GetLocal ·
Product range: cycling, camping, outdoor, snow sports ·
Store locator: on the official Torpedo7 website

Nine facts, one pattern: the authoritative data lives on Torpedo7’s own pages, and every third-party listing needs a second look.

What is the latest verified information about torpedo 7 near me?

Which official sources confirm key claims about torpedo 7 near me?

• Official website: Torpedo7 lists its online presence at torpedo7.co.nz, the retailer’s own domain.
• Help Centre: The official support portal publishes the national phone number and support hours.
• Company profile: The business is described as a New Zealand outdoor, adventure, and sports retailer on LinkedIn.

Those three sources form the backbone of what can be verified quickly. Because the search results themselves are dominated by directories, confirmation should start with Torpedo7’s own channels, not with the first map pin.

What is still unclear or unverified about torpedo 7 near me?

• Exact opening hours for individual Torpedo7 stores are not confirmed by the official site in the available research; the hours come from community-contributed Zenbu listings with low confidence.
• A directory labelled “Torpedo 7” may not be the official chain at all — local outdoor shops and category pages can surface for the same search.
• Holiday-hour changes are not reliably updated in third-party directories.

The pattern: the verified core — brand identity, support phone, support hours — is solid. Store-level details are thinner, which is why per-store verification matters more than the search result you click first.

What should readers know first about torpedo 7 near me?

• Torpedo7’s product range covers cycling, camping, outdoor gear, and snow sports.
• The official store locator asks for your city or region and returns the closest location with address and distance (official Torpedo7 website).
• Click-and-collect and returns policies vary by store; confirm them before relying on them.

Where is the closest Torpedo 7 store?

• K Road, Auckland: 538 K’ Rd, Newton — 09 309 6444.
• Mt Wellington, Auckland: Apex Megacentre, 315-375 Mt Wellington Highway — 09 969 9326.
• Newmarket, Auckland: outlet store at 80 Broadway, Newmarket — 09 215 5046.

The official store locator on torpedo7.co.nz remains the tie-breaker: if the store is not listed there, the directory result is probably a different business.

What products can I buy at Torpedo 7?

• Cycling: bikes, helmets, lights, locks, and maintenance gear.
• Camping: tents, sleeping bags, camp furniture, and cooking equipment.
• Snow sports: skis, snowboards, boots, and outerwear.
• Outdoor recreation: hiking and adventure equipment.

The full catalogue is on the official website. In-store stock can differ from the online catalogue, so the store’s phone line is the fastest check for a specific item.

Does Torpedo 7 offer click and collect at stores?

• Online ordering from torpedo7.co.nz is available for New Zealand delivery.
• Click-and-collect availability and returns policy should be confirmed per store on the official site or through the Help Centre.

What this means: the “closest” store is only real when it matches the official list. A directory result with the Torpedo7 name is a hint, not proof.

What are the most common user questions on torpedo 7 near me?

What are Torpedo 7 store opening hours?

• K Road, per the Zenbu listing: Monday to Wednesday 9:00 am-5:30 pm, Thursday and Friday 9:00 am-6:00 pm, Saturday 9:30 am-4:00 pm, Sunday 10:00 am-4:00 pm.
• Mt Wellington, per the Zenbu listing: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday 9:00 am-5:30 pm, Thursday 9:00 am-7:00 pm, Sunday 10:00 am-5:30 pm.
• Newmarket outlet: the listing confirms the address and phone, but the available research does not include complete weekly hours — call the store for the current schedule.

Opening hours are location-specific. The official store pages on torpedo7.co.nz are the authoritative check, because community listings can lag behind a change in trading hours.

How can I contact a Torpedo 7 store directly?

• National support: 0800 867 733.
• K Road store: 09 309 6444.
• Mt Wellington store: 09 969 9326.
• Newmarket outlet: 09 215 5046.

For trip-critical questions — a specific bike, a large item, a holiday opening — call the store rather than trusting the description on a third-party page.

Are Torpedo 7 store hours different on public holidays?

• According to the Zenbu K Road listing, the store is closed on Easter Friday, Easter Sunday, and Christmas Day, and open 10:00 am-4:00 pm on other public holidays.
• Customer support is not available on public holidays, per the Help Centre.
• Holiday hours at individual stores are not reliably synced across third-party directories; verify with the store’s official page or a phone call.

The implication: store-opening information is solid for the verified locations but changes fast; the gap between official pages and directory data is where most near-miss visits happen.

How to find and verify a Torpedo7 store near you

The first rule: start with Torpedo7’s own channels, not the search results.

1. Go to the official Torpedo7 website and locate the store locator in the store menu.
2. Enter your city or region, then read the returned store name, address, and distance.
3. Compare that address with the store’s own page, not with a Yelp or GetLocal entry.
4. Note the phone number and opening hours listed on the official page.
5. If you are travelling on a public holiday, call the store directly or re-check its page closer to the date.
6. For click-and-collect or a return, confirm the policy on Torpedo7’s Help Centre before placing the order.

If you are comparing New Zealand store guides, our Pak n Save Tauranga: Specials, Hours, Online Shopping & Jobs covers another retail chain, and Knit World Lower Hutt: Hours, Phone & Yarn Store Guide shows the same verify-before-you-visit approach for a smaller retailer.

The trade-off: the official locator gives you certainty about the address but not always the nuance — live stock, holiday hours, store quirks. A short phone call closes that gap in minutes.

What to trust and what still needs checking

Why this matters: the gap between the two columns is exactly where a wasted trip happens. Use the confirmed column as your map and the unclear column as your warning labels.

What the sources say

Three statements from the research capture the confidence spread — one official, two community-sourced.

Customer-support staff are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding public holidays.

Torpedo7 Help Centre (official support portal)

The K Road listing gives the address as 538 K’ Rd, Newton, Auckland, and reports the store is closed on Easter Friday, Easter Sunday, and Christmas Day.

Zenbu K Road listing (community NZ business directory)

The Mt Wellington listing places the store at Apex Megacentre, 315-375 Mt Wellington Highway, with Thursday hours extending to 7:00 pm.

The editorial read: trust the phone numbers; double-check the hours.

The verified core of Torpedo7 — a New Zealand outdoor retailer, a national support line, an official store locator — is easy to pin down; the directories that fill a “torpedo 7 near me” search are not. For any reader planning a trip to K Road, Mt Wellington, or the Newmarket outlet, the implication is clear: verify on the official store page and call ahead for holiday hours, or risk walking into a different shop entirely.
